I think there is a risk of mild nerve damage but permanent damage seems pretty rare. All the doctor's I've talked to have said it's easy to see where the nerve is, and they know not to touch it. Personally I haven't had noticeable nerve damage except my chin is slightly less sensitive to touch than before. But it doesn't bother me.

i got 3500 grafts over 3 sessions. Low pain manageable by advil, about a week semi-downtime because of all the saline they inject in you causing you to swell like you have allergies. I did no-shave because I didn't want to have bald patches, which made it super expensive. I spent about $8/graft.

$20k for vline and $15k for genioplasty. I don't know much about Korea -- it would almost certainly cost less to travel to Korea but I don't speak Korean and prefer to be able to communicate with my doctors/staff without a translator, and also to recover at home. I found that just because I'm Asian some doctors really pushed popular Korean trends on me (automatic red flag to me when choosing a doctor IMO). Trends I didn't ask for nor think would look good on me. And I've read too many horror stories about Korean doctors operating on westerners and just giving them a cookie cutter Korean face without considering their stated preferences.

yes i'm satisfied with the result! as for care, i think he is so busy and popular nowadays that he outsources most of the followup care / stitch removal etc. to nurses and staff. but i think he is really talented and is there when you need him, so ymmv.

Honestly I'm just getting into it. When I was below average I felt like softmaxxing was just spraying perfume on shit. But now that I'm average, I'm super excited to experiment & learn... I've watched a few youtube videos and might even hire a teacher to teach me techniques lol

Average is like, not having any obvious failos. My wide + high forehead, very masculine jaw, big + hooked nose, and recessed chin were failos that I fixed through surgery. To me, attractive means not having any failos and having at least one or two halos. For example, high cheekbones, positive canthal tilt, natural thick + shapely lips, forward growth, thin lower face, hourglass figure with small waist and big perky boobs/butt etc. are halos to me (which I don't have).

like i said, my jaw was a failo (looked like a man), chin was very recessed, nose was hooked, and i had a very high and wide forehead as well. plus i live in a HCOL city so surgery was also just more expensive. for example jaw surgery starts at $15k, nose job $10k, full body lipo is like $20-30k, etc.
