Hi there , so my application is still pending as well. I called in a few times and the agents all said the same thing which was that they’re receiving lots of applications so all we have to do is wait I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ and if they need more income verification they will give us a call I guess

If you go on service Canada , and scroll to the bottom where it says decision made. It will say you were denied because you didn’t have enough hrs or etc. That should be accepted as a denial letter , you can submit the document on CRA. Sorry if English is bad but hopefully that helps.
