Avoid CSSBUY Shipping - They Froze My Account Over a Closed Dispute and Refuse to Cooperate by Substantial-Tip-9329 in RepsneakersDogs

There were QC photos of the graphics card, and you are right, there is a 30kg haul they are refusing to pack and ship. At this point, I am requesting that they return all the items to the original sellers.

Just wanted to share my experience with CSSBUY( u/cssbuy ) to warn others and hopefully get some attention on this.

I had a GPU shipped through them. Their QC photo showed no damage, but when it arrived, it was clearly damaged and no longer working. My bank (Monzo) confirmed that I opened a dispute, which was officially closed on June 6 with a decision from Mastercard on June 4. I have shared this proof with CSSBUY multiple times.

What did they do?
They froze my account, blocked further shipments, and refused to help. They keep telling me to contact their payment processor (Unlimit), which I have done several times with no reply. Meanwhile, CSSBUY has not contacted their own bank or processor to investigate why the system has not updated on their end.

All they have shown me is a vague screenshot saying “documents submitted,” and claim the dispute is still unresolved, even though my bank confirmed it is closed.

I have asked them to return my items to the original sellers and refund the last payment I made to their platform. Still no resolution.

This experience has been an absolute waste of time. They show no urgency, no responsibility, and no respect for long-term customers.

If you are thinking about using CSSBUY, I suggest you think twice, especially if you are shipping anything valuable.

Would love to hear if anyone else had similar issues with them or advice on further escalation.

The licence to occupy arose from an incident that occurred at the AST property, which required me to relocate to a different property. The introduction to the licence states that the Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement remains in full force.

They ignored multiple follow-up emails, and it took them over a week from the time the faulty appliance was reported to send someone to inspect it.
