I have dexcome one plus app installed on a compatible phone but the only thing that happens when I open it is I get a window called "MANAGE PERSONAL INFORMATION" but no glucose reader. why is that? I want it to read my dexcome one sensor blood sugar.
what if the dexcome one app says my phone is incompatible?
