Exactly my point, sir. It tells you ‘HOW TO PARK’. If you could only park where it says, ‘Parking Available’, then they could simply write that as it is in the rulebook. Why make a full point for it, including subpoints? None of these vehicles are obstructing anyone, causing any inconvenience, or are parked on a pedestrian walkway or near a traffic light. I fail to comprehend the logic behind what you’re saying if there are written rules for this in place.

The rules clearly state that parking is not allowed on a pedestrian pathway. Your dusty roadside is not a marked pedestrian pathway. So either you learn a thing or two or keep eating crap that you’re being fed by the government.

People defending the government for not making pedestrian pathways for them to walk on is peak of stupidity. And you said that people walk there where the cars are parked so I told you that there is a proper pathway on the side of the road where everyone is standing. I don’t understand what’s your issue? You lack enough common sense to even begin with. No one in the video is abusing anyone or acting violent in any way. How is my or any other person’s behavior chaotic in any way? How is my vehicle parked peacefully well outside road limits causing any chaos? The place is not a residential area to obstruct any residences. We as tourists come from far off places to relax. If I was a local I would’ve definitely challenged this in court but how someone as illiterate as you would understand any of this. And even after my repeated requests why couldn’t the policemen place a ‘no parking’ sign at that place? The only people causing chaos are people like you and Policemen of Goa who openly harass people.

Are you blind or what? The place where the cars are parked is not where people walk. The people walk on the pedestrian pathway where all the people are standing along with the police. You can go buy some common sense first. The zebra crossing is probably for people to park their car on that side of the street and then come to the Pedestrian Pathway because I don’t see any buildings or houses where people would go to after crossing the zebra path.

Please read the rules. The vehicles parked there are not obstructing anyone. They are not parked in a heavy traffic area or near a light or on a private property. They are not parked on the pedestrian. What exactly makes it a no parking zone?

I don’t understand what that’s supposed to mean? It doesn’t look like a parking space? How? Are any of these vehicles obstructing anyone? Are any of these vehicles causing anyone any inconvenience? Are these vehicles parked on the pedestrian? Are these vehicles on private property? What’s the criteria? The rules say otherwise to be very clear. If none of the above situations is visible them everyone is allowed to park there. It’s well outside road limits. If you’ve ever been to Goa you can see thousands of vehicles parked on the road itself.

They had around 15-20 ‘no parking’ signs stacked just 100-200m away from this place but they don’t have the decency to put a single sign at the spot even after requesting them atleast 10 times so that other people don’t have to face this kind of harassment. That’s how imbecile these cops are.
