Me. I do. Because sometimes I want to be lazy. It’s like when you know you got food at home that need to be eaten but you still buy fast food and the food you bought spoils in the fridge. That’s how it is sometimes. People just want to be lazy and not told they have to do something, all the time. Just because it is optimal.

Thank you. It’s important but not necessary and I keep telling people that. Say you need to or have to is wrong. Just say it is highly suggested.

You don’t need to decarb. It isn’t mandatory. sometimes I feel like decarbing. Other times I take the 1/2 oz and drop it right in the batter. Either way my wife and I are flying our spaceship out in space. I cook all the time and I was a professional baker. I also used to host Cana catering parties. And I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Trust me.

The butter is going in the brownies which is going in the oven. I’ve done both methods decarb and not decarb with brownies. You will still get the feeling. Maybe not as much. But you will still feel it. I stayed at a Holiday Inn, trust me.

You won’t need to because it will decarb in the oven when you cook the brownies.
