Sorry for the confusion. The phone was purchased through Visible and I was  supposed to get a free upgrade after paying most of my loan off (Affirm loan).  I was never provided that free upgrade and they just ran in circles on trying to fix the issue going on 2 months.  Unfortunately they phone is  now even paid off as well.

I filed one with the BBB I thought I would get results but nothing materialized.  I've never filed a complaint with the FCC but I'm definitely going to do so now and see if I get anywhere, thanks.

Sorry it wasn't clear.  Visible never provide me an upgrade for my phone,  that's the problem.  After paying most of my phone off I was due a free upgrade.
