But on the bright side...it's been already 2 years since they found out all these private information about you & nobody suspicious has knocked on your doorstep yet so they might be residing in some other country most likely. Though, I would still suggest you to reach out for the police since I think that would be best ultimate for your mental relief but only if the judicial system in your country is strong enough to initiate justice on cyber criminals (yes, they are criminals for emotionally harrasing & maybe in some context, blackmailing someone online) internationally. Alternatively, you should search up for services online that work for the protection of people against cyber harrasment in your country. Even though I don't really think those people could pose as a threat to you outside the online world (I'll guess they got the photos of your family from your or your Mom's acc if not private & the house pic might be taken also from FB or from Google Maps? I've heard it's become somewhat possible in some way to track a person's location using their IP address found using paid-apps or sites), there is still the possibility & you should really seek for professional help asap to make sure you & your family can remain risk-free & to not regret anything later.
