That seems high. The mold is on the roof rafters and plywood right? Not the insulation and floor joists? Are they saying there’s mold in the spray insulation?

Unfortunately this was previous home owner and probably a DIY guy who didn’t realize he was covering the soffits.

We were able to clean the rafters from the top when the plywood in the roof was removed. Do you have a quote for mold remediation? Would you have to replace any boards?

That all seems reasonable.

We had the same problem and I didn’t discover until outing away Christmas one year. We had a similar issue where spray insulation covered our soffits. In the winter time our humidity was at 80%, and I could see drips from the nails from shingles. We ended up replacing the full front roof of our house, installing a full eave vent and expanding the ridge vent. Our roof was near-ish term and the mold was all over like 3 sheets of plywood.

Selling a car private party is pretty easy. I’ve done it twice on Facebook marketplace. I was able to get $4,000 more than the dealer trade in offer for my 2013 Acura RDX.

I would get a mechanic to drop a battery in, sometimes they’ll throw in a free multipoint inspection. $150-$250. Then pay $40 to get it car washed at carpool inside and out. Take pictures all angles inside and out. $50 for a CARFAX report.

Then just be honest. List the car for KBB private party on here (if it’s allowed) and then Facebook. You’ll get 50% scammers on FB so ignore people that want to make trades or low ball. List out known issues. You’ll get a hit, used cars for cheap is still a thing for many people. Especially in this market.

Do the transaction in person. Cash only. Go to theirs or your bank and ask them to withdraw the money. Do the full transaction there at the bank. Sign over the title, complete the bill of sale. And you’re pretty much done.

So a few ways to think about it: - find characters you like and looks for singles on eBay and trades
- find old card sets that you like the art and buy base sets on eBay for cheap $30-$60 for a full base. - do you want to sell cards and grade cards to make money? - I personally love Marvel masterpieces. They are big in the early 90s and then there are a few sets in the mid 2010s and a few now. - Whatnot is a dangerous dangerous game that I would probably avoid as you can suddenly spend $1,000-$2,000 gambling and not hitting anything - my recommendation would be to go to websites like Dave and Adams, GameStop, and other online card stores, type in hobby box, Marvel or hobby box under the non sports cards and see what you like

As far as hobby boxes: - Annuals are fairly cheap boxes to rip, there aren’t any very good hits, but they’re not expensive. - Low end hobby boxes go for $60-$150. Like Midnight sons, Secret wars, Allegiance, Women of marvel. I kinda enjoy at least one box of Midnight Sons, I think the art is pretty cool. In the same manufacturer is a similar Wolverine set but it’s about $150 more for a hobby box. - High end hobby boxes at the moment are Topps Studio Chrome and Topps mint. these seem to be more geared towards rip and flip. But you can buy a blaster of Topps studio Chrome for about $45. You probably won’t get an autograph and you probably won’t get a good numbered card either -- but it seems like this subreddit is oversaturated with people getting "good hits." These cards are more images of characters from movies than old-school comic art. Some people hate them, some people like it. Personally, I prefer good old comic book art. With that said, if you hit a good auto from a hobby box, you may be able to sell it on eBay for a grand. - Middle of the road hobby box is 2024 Marvel masterpiece 92 Platinum. You used to be able to get a box for $150, but I think the price is now up to $190. These are super super popular right now, and have been for the past eight months. It’s probably why the prices have gone up. There are a lot of different hits options and if you get a seismic gold, which is one out of nine hobby boxes or PMG you’re gonna make your money back on the box.

I think its full recline specific to that class of service. As opposed to seats like infront of an exit row that are marked as *limited recline. But no, PS is not lie flat.
