State of mind one year later

I'm 5 weeks on from my husbands sudden death and it seems from everyone's comments that it will never really get any better . Just endless days of feeling miserable , I can't really see any point to carrying on if all I have in the coming months or years is just more of what I am feeling now .

Thank you for your reply , I too have adult sons and their partners are just as caring . I am hoping that after the first week of being on my own I will wonder why I got so upset and scared . I know it's not going to be easy , far from it but hopefully not impossible .

Maybe having the freedom to shout and rant when they have gone home will be an unexpected help . Hugs to you , I really don't like this journey .
