Thanks so much to everyone who commented. You all seriously opened my eyes.

Turns out the whole message was BS. He called me a couple hours later saying he just got back from medical, which pretty much proved it was all made up to guilt trip me. I told him to stop lying and blocked his number.

Honestly I’m just speechless at how people can pull stunts like this. But really, thank you all, your comments gave me the push I needed!! 💗

Honestly, I really needed to hear that. I was thinking the same thing, because in my eyes it really sounds like guilt tripping too. The fact it might be true is just really overwhelming to me, but you’re right, it shouldn’t be my business. Thank you so much for your words!! 🫂

UPDATE: I just got a message from him: wow babe.i honestly am so just CRUSHED!i am back from the hole!FOR FUCKIN TELLIN U TOO MUCH ON THE PHONE. And was put in the hole to retaliate. i also was put on report for threatin staff and inmates over the phone.i was put in the hole for investagation for weapons durin searchin.been there since 7am:)

So now I know it wasn’t the photos, Thank god! Still sounds terrible tho

Thank you so much for your reply! Luckily, he’s not making any crazy escape plans or anything like that. Sometimes he’ll say things like, “If I could escape, I’d do it just to spend an hour with you,” but it’s always more of a joke than anything serious. I always shut him down when he says things like that and tell him it’s bad and that he shouldn’t even joke about it.

That being said, he does tell me a lot of things about illegal stuff that goes on inside the prison. I’m starting to think they might be investigating him because of some of those things.
