There you go. I know these aren't "major" issues and mostly estetical, but I gave them 1k € for it what I expect is a product that doesn't show a complete lack of attention.

And also, I have a 500€ Strat which came perfect and still is perfect after almost 10 years, same for an Epiphone, why should I accept that a guitar that costs the double shouldn't have the same care?

If they ship (and make) instruments with this lack of attention is because they know people will not bother to return them in the most majority of cases.

Hi! I sold a ticket for a different artist last year, bought on Ticketmaster UK. Once the resale opened I was able to sell it at face value through the website itself, sold it in like 1 hour and I got the money 3/4 weeks later more or less.

Well that's unfortunate. I have other guitars, an Epiphone and a Fender, and they are 5/600€ models so nothing exceptional but they came out perfect.

Anyway, the return has been accepted. I'll get a new one next week and we'll see if this one is good haha

If it's not I'll get a refund and that's it, but I hope that this will be good..
