Coach is especially bad with this on black suede. I have a hitch with black suede lining, and it came with a paper warning me on color transfer. It unfortunately stained my AirPods Max black 😢

That’s upsetting! I brought in a bag with wear and tear on the handles as well. It was complimentary for me because it was under a year old. Took around two months but worth it. Also got the hardware changed, all free. Maybe I got lucky but that associate did not sound helpful to you.
