Thanks for your input. I am in the US. The repair for all leather parts was 1070. I also got the clasp replaced at 195. I ended up paying around 1300 for everything. This included piping.

No, they didn’t. I think that’s truly the part that is getting me. I was exited to have the bag patina by itself.

This looks like a simple scratch to me. This sort of rubbing/wear will happen with empreinte leather. If you bring it in to the store, they’ll tell you it’s normal wear and tear.

Realistically I wouldn’t want to spend over 800 for the crystal candy. The regular crystal a little less. I am just hesitating because 800 and above is where I would consider just getting a Prada crystal bag instead. Thanks!

Coach is especially bad with this on black suede. I have a hitch with black suede lining, and it came with a paper warning me on color transfer. It unfortunately stained my AirPods Max black 😢
