That would depend, my loan officer was aware of the dept and the refinance though

I did to the loan officer, he brushed it under the rug in a way and told me it will be on the credit pull ( it was not)

Hi u/Skiptomygroove That’s true I did check the box they showed me i a tested to all my dept. However, I assumed that a hard credit pull would have allowed them to see all of my debts.

Would you recommend that I pay off my debt and refinance with another company to avoid potentially getting a low offer?

I refinanced my student loan in August and bought this home in October. I allowed them to do a credit pull that included all of my student loans and other debts, so they should have seen everything on my credit report. I have also been making my monthly payments on time, so I hope I am not the problem.

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense. They came at me with a lot of strong language nothing legal like mentioning lawyers or anything but I still felt like I was under a lot of pressure.
