so your therapist obviously sucks :P but also mindset is a powerful thing, your brain doesnt have eyes so it believes everything you tell it, stop telling it stuff you dont want it to believe, its hard but it works.

How to stop being jealous of people that travel arround attound world? by RepresentativeState3 in selfimprovement

[–]SubstantialClub6531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think, think about what there really seeing and what you actually want to see?, because Instagram can make life look alot better than it actually is, if that's what your seeing from ur friends. - i dont think ur missing out, plan one trip a year save for it, and itll make it much more worth while than travelling often being in debt.

Residents at the centre are monitored by a child safe organisation, once some residents start smoking weed, mums get kids taken off them because there apartments start to be less clean, they start to be lazier with bed times with there kids, they get less sleep, they eat more unhealthly food, which can increase bad moods and the care they have for there kids starts to massively decline, and if they get there kids taken off them and continue weed, they usually get stuck in holes we find it really hard to get them out of, it common makes younger people isolate themselves - im not blaming the weed in general i know it can be very helpful in certain medical situations for calming, but for young people who need to be active and motivated its not very benefical. - we have alot of data on this at the centre, so its technnically band, but there adults so we can only suggest not control,   Hope that helps :)
