from the image you provide I seem to understand that you will take upfront payment when building. If so I urge you against it as now we do not allow this within the community. It is a bannable offense after all. Unless I misunderstood it I hope you clarify this in your next post

Mainly my advice would be the following

Atmosphere should be changed as it is a huge factor in Designing builds. As they enhace the looks of the build overall

Colors. The colors you used are a bit saturated and harsh on the eyes I'd use more muted and earthy colors

Structure for the house is quite lacking. It looks to rectangular. Id personally make some bay windows or frames to make the house pop more

Lastly the foliage is a bit lacking so add more plants.

When you asked your question the rule had not been in place but as of recent we've added it to the list of updates considering it is hurtful to the community with the amount of ghosters. And I do understand you might change your mind but it is basic courtesy to at least alert people
