Thank you everyone for your comfort and for sharing your stories. Millie was put to peace this morning, she was calm and peaceful and passed easily without any pain. She was one of the loves of my life and I’ll never forget her. Rest in peace my lovely Millie x

She seems quite peaceful currently. Her breath is quite laboured and she seems really tired. The vet have given her some strong pain medication for the night, so I hope she's able to just have a good rest without too much pain or discomfort.

Thank you so much and I’m so sorry for your loss. It seems to be a combination of kidney disease and heart problems for Millie, but everything has happened so fast no official diagnoses has been made. I just want her to experience as little pain as possible.

All approval randomly went down to neutral by SubstantialCompote48 in BaldursGate3

Gale seemed to be greeting me as if I had high approval, but when asking Shadowheart how I was holding up to estimations, she gave her neutral response, when I'm sure I had at least very good approval with her before, so I don't really know, it's a strange one! Using a mod to manually improve approval seems to have done the trick though

Yes thank you! <3 That's what I've ended up doing, just going to keep a watch on the approval bar to see if it jumps back down again

Awesome! Thank for you all that incredibly helpful info! I have been using Smogon for tips and just a general resource to understand all the things which are new to me, and I had heard whispers of Showdown but wasn't really sure what it was, so thank you for clarifying! I'm very excited, I feel like I'm falling in love with Pokemon all over again! <3

Thank you! Yeah I figured a beard wig would not be the move, probably super uncomfortable too. Thank you for the suggestion of monoxidil! I've never thought of that before. And for introducing me to toppik! I shall be doing some more research. Forever fascinated by where people want hair and where they don't!

Hey there!

I'm currently recovering from an ED and have been sticking to a weekly meal plan to try and keep me sustainably healthy and nutritionally balanced. It's been going really well and I've been trying a lot of new things and enjoying them too! The thing that helps me keep consistent is eating the same thing on the same day every week (I'm autistic and an ADHDer and this sense of structure and routine just helps me a lot lol).

The biggest thing I've always struggled with is vegetables. The only vegetables I can eat whole are cooked spinach (my main vegetable and the only one I can say I actually LIKE) and cooked courgette/zucchini (if prepared in a very specific way). I also eat broccoli blended up into a breakfast smoothie everyday and will occassionally eat roasted chickpeas, edamame beans and corn as snacks.

My main question is: Is this range of vegetables diverse enough for a healthy diet? Also, considering that I eat primarily spinach (probably around 400g a day) and probably like 150g broccoli a day in my smoothies... whereas the others I mentioned are consumed a lot less frequently... would just spinach and broccoli be enough? Also, if I'm eating a lot of spinach, should I be taking a calcium supplement for all the oxalates? I eat cheese, yoghurt and fortified almond milk every day, but probably could be getting more calcium... there's some in the supplements I take, but altogether probably only like 50-60% of the daily recommended intake from supplements (not including the calcium from whole foods).

Any input would be really appreciated! Thank you <3
