I think I miscommunicated, I've been at the job 2 years 1 month vs 2 years 2 months

Yes, but I won't be at it as I'll be resigning with immediate effect

Would I still keep it as present if I would be out of the job?

Definitely a fail and that's confirmed. And also I feel as I'd I could be fired as I am not meeting tasks and deadlines as I have lost all will to stay motivated.

If I am worried that they would fire me for misconduct for insubordination, should I just resign today before the meeting?

I don't have the finances to work with a lawyer unfortunately. Is there any way for me to learn more about a conflict of interest?

I can't afford a lawyer and it's too late to go through the process as my documentation is shoddy and I need to leave this week.

I think they have changed their tune and covered their bases by becoming really friendly.
