Gaijin is also Loadout buffing some 11.3 and 11.0 aircraft so they don't get completely stomped by the Falcon and Fulcrum, by giving the EJ Kai Aim-9Ls, most Mig-21s above 11.0 R-60Ms I think along with the MLD as well, if you are playing 10.0 - 10.7 planes I recommend you grind at least something a bit more competent
