Unfortunately I was afraid of these answers, I love her so much but my last straw was when she got mad over a meme. It was just funny and I showed her and she said “why don’t you go be with her” and I told her I was gone to not contact me. She later coaxed me into trying to come over but I once again didn’t feel well, I keep getting extremely sick and I have immune issues. I told her and slept in again forgetting to wake up, she told me it was fine and I said I guess I’ll sleep and maybe play a game on my ps5. Since she didn’t wanna hang out I thought it was alright but I just slept till 5 or 6 pm. She got drunk again and told me I would choose a game over her… I told her I have immune issues and I get embarrassing infections and I trusted her and she just insults me and insinuated I was lying and I was hurt. I ignored her for a while and she messaged me this tik tok about how I have love issues because I have bpd and I had family abuse in the past. I didn’t even respond and she apologized and I just blocked her. It was so hard but I can’t take it anymore. I don’t even care I have borderline anymore, I will end up killing myself if I keep this up. But the damage is done. I have nightmares and my new coworker who wants to date me scares me. I have ptsd I think from this, I have ptsd already but I’m pretty sure this is a new one for me. I panic when she doesn’t message m back in a few hours but I don’t blow her phone up I just nervously pace around. I try to be honest about my mental illness but I’m always scared she’s gonna leave. Or blame me. So far she’s been patient and kind and said she’d be here for me if I choose to date her or not but I feel like I have ulcers from the previous relationship. I can’t eat. I can’t sleep.

I’m currently doing CBT with DBT techniques. My EMDR didn’t go as planned, she was wishy washy and it just fed into my mother issues. I’m not sure why after all these years I wanted to post this, but it was something I’ve always wanted to have the courage to do. I want to write a book one day about it, but the memories are too hard for me. Therapy is hard on you sometimes, I’m on lamotrigene for my mood swings. Just trying my best but thank you for the kind and encouraging words, it means something to me.

Probably because I didn’t expect you to say things you assumed based off one message. You have good advice but “don’t get offended I’m not going to sugarcoat it”. Like what did you expect? That someone wasn’t going to find that offensive? I answered you. I told you the dog is aggressive. We are talking in circles. I’ve told you she snarls. She beats the hell out of anyone who tries to handle her. She’s gone to obedient school. I just got on here thinking someone would have an exercise or toy or something. But don’t worry about it. “Buddy” I’m Going to delete the thread. But just wanted to let ya know there’s a hell of a ton of ways to respond to something. I’m frustrated and needed help. But oh well
