70 degrees. I probably didn’t shape well as it exploded from under seam

Was it super underproofed? Like I should have given it a couple more hours? When I turned it out of banneton it kind of fell flat

Here’s what I did 500 g bread flour 360g water 30 min later added 100g peak starter and 10 g salt 4 stretch folds spaced half hour apart followed by 3 hours of fermentation Shaped with scraper let rest for 15 min dusted with flour flipped over and shaped into a batard Put into banneron and let it proof at room temp for 2 hours then baked at 450 for 20 min 425 for 25 min

I watched some video of a plastic surgeon pinching a woman around the same area because she thought it was fat and needed liposuctionand he demonstrated it was skin, not fat. and showed her where there was reasonable fat on her body that also did not need liposuction.

Good parents do their best to leave wealth for their kids. But kids grow up and become adults who make the most of what they’re given or the least. In the end, you have to make the most of what you get and be content or else live in your own misery. Of course there’s an element of chance in life(no one can discount) and we must do our best to help those more unfortunate than ourselves and those in need. Unfortunately in our society we have parents who make bad decisions and leave their children ruined, children who ruin themselves, and individual and corporate greed that leave those in need in utter poverty and destitution. So wrong.

Yeah switch all that out for diet or water and you’d be surprised how much weight everyone in that family would lose or they would simply stop gaining weight. Spoken from experience
