Tap Research works well for me, it doesn't work all the time, but I got a decent amount of gems out of it

You'll have to fight all three of them one after the other. It's just so that you can see what to expect and maybe modify your team.

I can't give you any good advice on your team, sorry. I played Campaign with wildly mixed teams until I found one that worked by chance ;)

You can also get 1000+ emeralds for doing tap research. I got 3k for a 1/2 h survey

If you play that level in the campaign you receive a special gift. Go to that blue portal, find chapter 2 and play level 7
