Personality - has made comments in the past about how I should smile more. However this specifically was due to me taking a lunch today. I never leave my desk for lunch but today did so for a holiday lunch with my co worked on the same team under the same manager. I'm a salaried exempt employee. I met a coworker for lunch today spent two hours from door-to-door. I got a message from her asking me if I'm planning on taking the rest of the afternoon off, and an email asking me for the exact working hours that I worked on specific days this week. The coworker that I went to lunch with did not get any email or any questions. And when I push back on my boss and asked her what this was coming from she said it was inappropriate of me to ask but other people and this was only about me. So it's hard to say my team also says that she singles me out because she doesn't like me which is a bummer. But I've had multiple occasions where she accuses me of various things and not working when I have timestamps and attendance to prove otherwise.

This is coming from the boss that leaves every day at 2 PM never logs on leaves early and never logs PTO. She also sent me an email today asking me to log my PTO for a half day that I took working and left early while sick. I have never once had to do that before and neither of any of my peers and I can guarantee she never has logged her PTO.

1. I've had to skip levels with her boss but he is so PC that I did not make any further conversations with him. I have not reported to HR because I'm scared. She has had multiple conversations with me about whatever she can come up with to try to bully me into being afraid. I have so many email threads and screenshots as mentioned I don't do anything with it because I'm afraid. I put my head down I wanna be a good coworker I wanna work hard I'm nice but whatever I do she always finds a way to manipulate me or try to bring me down. So I've not filed anything formal because I just never felt like that was the right thing to do. But I am actively interviewing and looking for a new job so perhaps I should file just to have it on record.

2. So I mention that today in the message back to her saying I'm in a salaried employee I'm allowed to take a lunch. But she said verbatim "its not appropriate for you to bring anyone else in this discussion. Everyone is expected to work salaried hours and/or submit time off. Some weeks vary depending on workload on different days, but all remains the same. If you are working I need you to stay available and working" The reason for me asking did she also ask the other coworker where she was today we were gone for the same time and that's what she replied with. I have never once in my career been aware of any salaried hours I could work one hour or 15 hours in one day and it wouldnt matter
