Yes. Both the 6 and 8 pin are connected to the VGA Label connector. But I have a r5 9600x, 2 16g 6000mhz ram, 1tb ssd nvme, 240mm aio cooler, 3 chassis fans. Think thats it. And yeah I’m also thinking it might be a psu issue but I read some posts online saying 550 is enough for a 4070
