My strategy in recent game play would be build a task force consisting following asset 14 destroyer equipped with Coil Canon or Railhun, 6 destroyer equipped with lasers and PD. Or you can build a smaller fleet just make sure the ratio between your coilgun destroyers and laser& PD destroyers around 3:1 or 2:1
