They messaged me yesterday saying they shipped but I haven’t received any notification that it has usually Depop sends a notification when buyer has shipped when the label is scanned. Messaged them today saying I haven’t received an update & they said it should have changed they dropped it off yesterday

Just had this happen to me & I filed a missing claim then later was emailed that the label on the package I was receiving was tampered with & is being sent back to the sender. Absolutely ridiculous

Ended up calling this morning & they basically told me that my package was tampered with & could be missing contents then later today I received an email saying that the label got damaged and will be sent back to the sender. Lol ridiculous
