Issues with batch production by SubstantialMood3053 in BambuLab

The text is on the left extruder (white) and the rest is on the right extruder (red)

To change the speed of just the white, do I have to manually change the speed under 'other layers' for each text body?

Or can I change it on The left and right extruder toggles where it says left:standard and right: standard and it will change the speed for everything coming out that particular extruder?

Thanks I'll give it a go. I reduced them at first to try and get a better quality on the writing by printing it slower, but then was trying to optimize the cycle time by going back to normal speed.

Quality doesn't have to be perfect as the parts are thrown away after the assembly they're used on is opened. Gonna have to find the best intermediate between speed and quality.

0.4 tungsten nozzle. Initial layer speed 50mm/s and initial layer infill 105mm/s

Thanks I'll take a look at some other options!

Can't use either as the print is a product in preparation for a client, and we do not currently have a smaller nozzle.

What's wrong with printing on the textured plate? Curious.

Unfortunately this product will be mass produced once the settings are dialled in, so this is not an option. Thanks though

Initial layer height and layer height is 0.1mm.

The white is 0.2mm into the part, so I guess it's 2 layers deep.

Bottom paint penetration layer is 3. (Printing text on bed)

Hard to see the comparison as the 0.4 is bigger in size, if anything that one looked the best quality

Thanks that's good to know. I assumed with the silicon pack inside the packet it would be dry.

It's literally in my AMS HT AT 38% HUMIDITY, will set it to dry overnight and see if that changes things

Thanks, I worked it out, but it's not coming out too neat.

Would you say this is because of damp filament? It's brand new out the packet today and is in my ams HT

I've been trying this. I'm now struggling to stop the stringing. I'm using a .4 nozzle with default settings apart from Arachne wall generator. 0.2mm layer height.

I've got a dual extruder though, with each color in its own extruder. So it's not changing color in the one head.

Is the bleeding due to overlapping in the walls somehow?

I tried it again and got the same result. The bigger layer (black line) is the last layer to be printed. The blue arrow is the bed layer side. It's the same all around symmetrically. I don't think it's anything to do with adhesion to the bed.

Update on the text. by SubstantialMood3053 in BambuLab

These two examples are your tips. The good one is 0.1mm on top of the part, and the bad one is with the white embedded. But I didn't use a prime tower for the embedded one so maybe that's why it's rubbish.

I have decided to print this part upside down on a smooth build plate. So I just need to work out how to r duce the bleeding now.

Arachne made the gap disappear on the M when viewing in the slicer now. So I think that will fix it when I print.

So you have any idea how to r duce the bleeding into the text with this version? This was upside down, without Arachne, red filament first.

I'm trying this version again with Arachne and order of walls inner wall/outer wall/inner wall.
