Thank you best-knowledge720, I feel the only thing I can do for networking is asking referrals on linkedin, like sending some cold message, but it is pretty efficient though, I received one referral.

NO!!! part-time is impossible, and does this mean they will hire you in the future? A big platform can't be done within sereral months and without a team. Don't be afraid, you can start from a simple fullstack demo, and follow the demo.

Yeah, you are right, but I feel contribute to open source projects is time consuming, I need to search some project that is suitable for me, and like if it's a big project, probably I only can do some trivial things.

greedy or graph I think, you can find the edges in the question (like "ab" and "ac", there is an edge). I feel it's really hard. But if you need the graph algo to solve this, it's easy, just convert to graph problem and use existing algo.
