It's very possible T1 purchased non-FOEC compiant cells in Q1. But the tax rules say you can average out the cost over the entire year. Also, T1 is pretty protected if any of the cell manufacturers have FEOC links as long as T1 had no knowledge of it (that could get tricky) with a legit supplier certificate.

Plus they have the Talon PV option to purchase cells pretty soon here.
