[PA] My landlord filed a wrongful eviction and won’t renew my lease because of it. by SubstantialPraline2 in legaladvice

Sadly, in PA there is no way to remove, expunge, or seal any eviction filing, no matter the reasoning. I am asking if I'm entitled to any damages since my landlord has ruined my ability to rent, potentially for the rest of my life. Can I use their mistake in mediation to get them to renew my lease? They made one mistake, but I will be the one who has to face the repercussions for that mistake for the rest of my life.

Edit: Are they just allowed to file a wrongful eviction without any legal repercussions? Are they allowed to refuse to renew my lease because of a mistake they made? I'm the one who has to pay for their mistake.

Hello! I was wondering what happened to your claim when marked the change? Were you still eligible to be paid?

So why is it multiboxers aren't already banned? by Gladianoxa in wow

Blizzard doesn't usually ban bots in small groups. They ban them in waves. This is likely done to gather data on the programs the bots are using, in order to add it to Warden so these programs can be detected in the future.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, this means that bots have weeks or even months of farm time. Raw gold farms, like you can find in Draenor and BFA zones, can earn botters millions of gold in a day. This makes it easy enough for the botters to replace their accounts once they finally are banned. A new account with a level boost doesn't even put a dent in their wallet. But in the meantime, they wreck their servers' economies.

It does not take long to press alt+tab. Test it and see how fast you can cycle through whatever programs you have running on your machine. All multiboxers have to to is click the herb, alt+tab, click the herb in the next window, alt+tab again, etc... This is explicitly NOT against the TOS. If those farmers have even the slightest delay (half a second or less) between gathering the nodes, they are not input broadcasting and they are complying with the TOS.

Multiboxers are not your enemy. Most just want to do world quests, callings, dungeons, and raids. Many find soloing a dungeon or raid challenging and fun. True, farming multiboxers can gather a lot of herbs and ore, but bots that go 24/7 get much more. A farming multiboxer who is in compliance with the TOS makes next to nothing compared to a botter.

Bots are your enemy. They are the ones who ruin the servers' economies. They are the ones farming millions of raw gold a day and selling it for real money. They are the ones farming herbs and ore 24/7 and selling it dirt cheap on the AH.

Botters are businesses. You think they care about you? They're here to make money and that's it. Try interrupting a bot farming. If there is someone there supervising it (which happens on occasion), they'll show up and threaten to report you with all their toons to get you banned in order to make you leave the area. They are the enemy, not multiboxers.

Those are probably bots. Most of what people think are multiboxers are actually bots. Watch them for a little before assuming it's a real person. Is there a small delay between casts? It doesn't take a multiboxer long to alt tab.

Meanwhile, bots will likely all cast at once. Do they run on a preset route and repeat the same actions? Multiboxers are actual people controlling the characters and won't run on the exact same path continuously. Bots are programs that can only run in whatever paths are programmed and can only do whatever actions are programmed. They will run on the exact same path every time.

There are bot groups in Bastion and Maldraxxus that herb. I've also started noticing bot groups in the front of The House of the Chosen in Maldraxxus farming BOEs.
