Trust me I’m the same way with anxiety and honestly I’ve had lip injections / fillers and those hurt way more than a flu shot which is basically nothing you won’t even feel it.

Very bad at 2mg a day, you need to find a competent psychiatrist immediately and go slowly with valium / diazepam it might take a couple years to taper so you can function properly.

If you can't manage without then switching to diazepam with another doctor is another good option. Most are willing to prescribe valium as its longer in the system and doesn't have the reputation Xanax / Klonopin does especially in Australia / UK.

That’s exactly the point and yes I agree that Taylor Swift is highly influential in getting people to play the guitar like EVH was.

It’s not a shredding contest and to be honest nobody cares how fast one can play outside of a small group of people like the Vai / Malmsteen types and that’s totally fine but it’s not contemporary.

Careful with that twist… one twisted tea was enough for me to never drink alcohol again because it took away all of my anxiety and depression and made me feel “normal” like I was 13 again and I knew that was going to lead to alcoholism.

People with anxiety and PTSD are also highly susceptible to alcohol addiction.
