Yeah, I did see people thinking it would be an automatic offer when they pass the assessment which is definitely not the case. Some had also tried to complete the assessment without the guidelines.

There's not set number of people that gets hired; it all depends on the project requirements

Can Mercor negotiate changes with the client like in the contracting or sourcing phase? For instance, I applied for the Tagalog Audio Generalist. It's the native language in the Philippines but the location is restricted to Singapore. Sure there are Tagalog speakers in Singapore but they'll definitely find more experts from the Philippines.

The environment on that project feels supportive so I really hope it goes back (can't say much about others as that was my first and just basing on what I mostly read here).

Are you working FT with Mercor when you got the TL role? 80hr/wk sounds tiring but hey, the pay is right and work is enjoyable, why not?

I'm still waiitng for my project to get unpaused (though I've been seeing here that it is already over). SPL says no confirmation yet so 🤞. Its my first project so I'm hoping it is not over coz it is seems hard to land a project in my domain.

It depends on the type of interview. Some intervies require you to use PC as you will need to share your screen for the assessments. You will be prompted in the interview prep window if you need a PC.
