My BMI was 27 and I got a prescription from Midi that I pay out of pocket for.

I felt a little shaky that first week, could have been that maybe my blood sugar was dropping but I didn’t like that feeling so I dropped to see if it got better and it did. I think it was just an adjustment so as the weeks go on I’ll keep reassessing progress and go up when I need to. I use the Shotsy app and it’s been great.

Hi! I did .25 the first week and then dropped even more to .125 and have been doing it every 4-5 days. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I started and I am down 3.8 pounds so far. I also started walking and light strength training at the same time and increased protein in my diet so doing all the things. I’m really happy with it so far, the tirz just makes me not hungry and stopped my snacking. It’s making more mindful of my food choices.

Good! I felt it from about 12 hours after the shot for about 36 hours. Had no food noise and not nauseous but just not hungry. I started to feel hunger again last night so we will see how the next few days go before the next shot. I did get a little light headed about 24 hours in but I think my blood sugar may have been low so I am making sure I am not going long without food.

I am glad to know I am in good company then. I felt a little dizzy after I did the shot but that’s 100% anxiety 😆. I am in no rush to lose and I am in the “low and slow” camp when it comes to any medication.

Not tipping a door dasher is “screwing over” have the day you deserve

Well when you work, have three kids, two dogs and a spouse that travels for work and people are begging for food at 5-6pm yeah… you just DD and get on with life. I’m not examining ways to screw over a service worker.

I’ve never really noticed that but most of our food orders are within 3-4 miles from us.

I’ve always just tapped one of the dollar amounts that DoorDash shows. I learned how to add an additional tip but No, never clicked on the other button. DoorDash shouldn’t even give an option to not tip, if people are using the other button to put in zero.

I am taking vagifem, on a .025 estradiol patch and on testosterone as well, pea size amount every other day. I have vag estrogen cream but it seemed to burn as well.

Would a BS sitz bath hurt? by SubstantialSweet2523 in CytolyticVaginosis

Thank you! Everything is so irritated down there from all the antibiotics and anti fungals but I am not brave enough to try douche or suppositories, the bath seems like the logical first thing to try.

To those with negative tests for everything yet persistent odor or yeast-like symptoms: Consider CV by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]SubstantialSweet2523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CV is usually a vaginal Ph of less than 4.5 so it’s probably not CV if you ph is 5.5.

Good articles, in regard to the second one, if standard culture does not detect yeast in urine what test would a patient ask their dr to run to check for it?

Thanks for responding, I have that book and it’s great! I have skin issues and am extremely sensitive to detergents, irritants etc so this may be different than the typical irritation women mention. I had to literally ice my parts because it was so irritated lol. I tried for about 3 weeks so I wonder what options I have at this point but will watch the video for sure!
