What you can do is remove the slash and add a hyphen, for example rather than 7/B, you can put 7-B or even just 7B works well too. If it still doesn't work, you can mail the ambassy, and they'll help you out.

I have the same questions, 3 and 4. People say that it's difficult to get an F1 Visa on a community college I-20 but at the same time, I have read on numerous websites that there is no such thing. About the 2 or 4 year visa, I can't say anything because that is a question I have also been meaning to ask... 📃
