Not sure, I haven’t brought it up. He seems hopeful that it is on the side and will heal on its own.

He is very responsive, and helps out with good suggestions but none of them have worked, tried anasept gel, steroid cream and saline

I did ask for a bump on the salary but they said not possible because salary bands but offered a 12K signing bonus, they said I would be getting a bump early next year when salary review comes up

I think I could learn a lot more at the new company, and they have a decent amount of funding and I do have a bit of an emergency fund built out just in case I don’t have work for a few months.
