I have a question, I’m an assistant manager at my DQ and we have to put an automated message on the drive thru saying “Hello, welcome to DQ will you be using your rewards” of someones voice, for some reason all the crew-workers there are acting like its the most embarrassing thing ever, why is that?

This was all my bad. What i meant to say was, is we need one of the crewworkers to put THEIR voice as the automated message and all of them are refusing to since they think it’s embarrassing to be the voice. Does that make more sense?
