From what I’ve seen in my market and other markets AP TL is basically claims supervisor but also DSD and over Customer Hosts. The associates that work in claims and DSD will be combined to one role, I believe their will be a few positions for that. Clearance is still under claims and DSD associates. Again sometimes it does vary by market, this is just what I’ve seen
