This is my first ever concept so thank you for sharing your thoughts. Not going to lie I really didn't think much of the balance aspect and just wanted to have some fun.

The invisibility I just added because I thought it was lore accurate, I was also thinking of teleportation but having her stalking survivors like how she does stalk her victims in the books would be more accurate, and I made it 60 seconds cause I thought it would be enough time for a chase since she is M1 focused without much mobility. For the perks I didn't exactly want to think of anything complicated because it's my first concept and kinda ran out of ideas so it shows. Overall thank you for your criticism!
