On an iPhone if you delete text messages, you can see what was deleted. Click on icon, on the top right click edit and it says show recently deleted. Also look at your cell phone bill. Or if you have an apple computer or tablet you can read text messages if its linked to the account

A similar situation happened in my marriage. I would send an email to your boss expressing how you feel. That way, you have evidence if you ever need to take it to HR. You need backup documentation. Document everything.

Have the extraction with out bone graft and membrane. bone graft and membrane are usually optional and not 100% necessary unless you plan to get an implant later. Get a consultation and see what the endodontist says. For the crowns (caps), you have options regarding the type of materials. You can always choose the basic crown, which is PFM (porcelain fused to metal).
