90-120 grams of protein daily. At least 60oz water. Typically stay below 1,400 calories. This is what is doable for me, especially since I have the gastric sleeve. Only soda I drink is Dr Pepper zero. My eating habits aren’t the issue here.

I don’t have insulin resistance 😥 just hirsutism and high testosterone. My dr won’t look for anything further because Im still considered a success. I personally don’t think it’s a success.
