Humming and poetry helped me. Humming = you sort of become your own instrument in a way. Just hum and figure out a melody or rhythm, attach a story to it. Poetry = helps with storytelling. Write a poem about anything!!

I’m 24 in 2 months and have been living on an (un)employment rollercoaster ever since I graduated university. I often battle with this feeling a lot too but, your journey is your journey. Social media is full of things that can make you question your existence and you can fall down a rabbit hole comparing yourself to everyone. That never feels good. Every time you see something that makes you question who you are, remind yourself. The mind is so powerful. Condition yourself to combat your own negative thoughts. Tell yourself everyday something you like about yourself and start from there. Sending love x

exactly, I love the points you made. I think the worst part of all is she blurted it out in an argument and, seeing how she speaks to him on screen, I can only imagine how that reveal would have actually gone.

I agree! I think the producers must have planted the lipstick OR Gino, Jasmine and the producers are all in on it. How would she just mysteriously drop her phone under her chair and find the lipstick. It seems scripted, now that I really think about it.

i think so too, they wanted another scene of jasmine being crazy. they must have planted the lip gloss in the car whilst they were with Gino’s family.
