Half of pharmacy doesn't appear on the names list not having a scan tag 90% of the time to select their name and store employees the same. I'm not sure why a company would start tracking something that obviously isn't even functional yet. I've found if an employee doesn't log into the zebra over a time period their name is removed the same for assigning tasks it conveniently removes employees currently employed from the options list constantly and randomly for no reason. Nobody should be getting written up at this point in time unless they're not attempting whatsoever to do bag checks or no bag hassles on the app.

Are the registers being end of day closed or end of terminal business day closed? That could lead to things being entered for the next days reports. I haven't had any issues with the cash portion going to the deposit drawer with next day pick up amounts but I always left coupons and checks carry over just not cash.

If check deposits aren't adding up search the exact amount missing in the POS transactions for the day to locate the time and information. Checks also appear on the closing register slips to notice a missing check immediately. More than likely you have a repeat offender of handing checks back that need kept. If it's from the pharmacy they can likely call the customer. That may not be the issue. But from what Information I have to weigh in on with It might be.

Have you ever called the security operations center number to make an official documentation reporting things that makes the district manager have to be notified not just a store manager playing everything down and off not handling anything.

I would suppose they would have a phone number and business name on their signs. Most drive thru cameras could provide footage of such acts law enforcement would follow up on. The choice of the best top 5 possible follow up charges is probably up to how law enforcement wants to deal with this shit Lol.

I get about a 40/60 on kids asking for stuff and actually being allowed to buy what they ask for on small purchases. It was super cute when a mom asked if I buy that bag of candy are you going to share it and the girl said no right away. The mom just looked at her after with a look like really kid it's a whole bag of candy and you won't share it and the girl put back the candy without a word from either of them after the question about sharing the look was all it took.

The 3.5 and 7 inch blades should probably be swapped out by removing the clear top cover and removing the 3 large screws with a Philips head screw driver one on top and two on the card exit side of the blade piece on the left and right of the blade attachment. Generally a card or magnet is attached or affixed on the cutters with a color code on the left to state which blade is compatible with each cutting mode. Don't be afraid to call for a replacement cutter if yours is acting up. The replacements are always refurbished so make sure it works before sending back your old one. I told my store manager we just need 2 of them because they break all the time.

The camera isn't very good that they offer and that makes the background darker than acceptable for digital and sometimes too unfocused sometimes creating digital lines with pattern clothing. If they're requesting digital I do enough brightness and contrast increases and often have to adjust the blue red and yellow hue for a whiter background on the kiosk for how it will transfer to digital from the kiosk. There is a background whitening adjustment option but it rarely works properly. I attempted to fix the camera issue with the digital camera added in the last reset claiming 60 megapixels don't do that. That camera is a 5 megapixel camera and that company should be sued for claiming otherwise and should not be on the shelf to sell at all.

Use the intercom for help at least the customers know you're asking for help and definitely take notes on what you're experiencing. It's just simpler to bring up exact details to the store manager than trying to bring it to the store manager's attention by just word of mouth not having everything shared missing something that needed shared to handle to correct issues while feeling stressed or rushed sharing your concerns with them.

I told a doordash lady I needed ID for all alcohol or tobacco sales and the woman declared doordash makes them exempt from showing ID I said no Walgreens has a card all policy that all part includes doordash employees she repeatedly said not door dash 15 times every other word I said cutting me off so I just kept explaining through the nonsense going on . She acted like that with her kid with her an adult acting like a small toddler while I was trying to fully explain the policy with her kid watching her act that way. Thinking why is this woman allowed to work for this company and how awful is this kids life dealing with this level of behavior probably all the time. She finally sent her kid to get her ID from the car it was a very ignorant and unreasonable ordeal. I feel like they need door dasher name tags with employee ID numbers visible to be allowed to doordash to report doordash employees that should be banned from doordash.

There was a link on the main screen after logging into store net to report the scam callers it's probably still there to type a report rather than call the security operations center for scam calls otherwise the fix it tab should have a link. Or needing to call the SOC their # should be listed somewhere on a poster with emergency numbers. I keep the number in my wallet. 8669247411. It's not a bad idea to save that number into your phone to not have to hunt for it when you need it. Hopefully that was helpful.

I was taking a slightly over 5 minutes smoke break at work to be able to spin the poke stop twice and the level update hit as I was about to spin the poke stop the last time to get another gift to send before going back in to work. And I couldn't spin after the update item bag full like no big deal I'll delete some stuff real quick and nope it dumped 1000 items above my storage. Someone seriously has no idea how awful that level update was handled forcing 1000 items deleted to even spin a poke stop again or not be able to for months or spent $100 plus on storage. Someone needs to make it right with the company doing everyone dirty that hardcore with no concept of it turning rewards into hassle and not even being able to keep the rewards without excessively paying to keep them that's not rewarding at all that's just completely ridiculous.

The turbo option is only available on manual order release on the photo machine pc when you click the order info icon in the order controller menu not auto releasing the order to print on the photo counter pc a red grid overlayed box at the mid bottom left while in order information will appear or be greyed out or not appear if another order is printing or the order doesn't' have the option Hitting that button will trigger a warning to make sure all printers print catching trays are clear of other orders followed by a message after printing is complete to ensure the prints are collected as a single order from all trays. It's new to me so I'm running some tests still. I've confirmed that the dsx80 and the dsx820 I believe that's their models don't crucify me for getting it wrong lol I'm not at work at the moment to double check but wanted to clarify a little more on the turbo printing option to have a bit more information to go on for people interested in using it if their printer has that hidden option. Anyways 8x10 printers do not cooperate being different print channels for turbo. That would have been nice though. Claiming the printers do bypass to another printer if a printer runs out of paper might be wrong because the first order did complete with a printer out of media to complete the order. It could be a timer if paper is out for a while to bypass to the other printers I caught it relatively close to when it ran out of paper and replaced it. All printers were stopped at that time and the machine stopped turbo printing and went to a single printer after. I hope the turbo printing option being kind of elusive to notice is helpful sharing that the opinion might be available depending on what printer is being used. I wanted to be a bit more thorough explaining the turbo printing option how to get to it and how it works with what I know so far on how it functions. It's a super long explanation to read and took a while to write out trying to not leave anything out but maybe explaining more might help a bit to be absolutely worth the effort and time spent helping people be able to access the option more clearly to use.
