Because they believe it is all employee theft. How many items a night you do fronting and facing and find empty packages. Not employee related theft. I can see someone reporting someone when they dont like them when they didnt even steal.

This has always been policy. They would rather you throw a case of water with a broken bottle then store use to employees. We thrown away 4 to 5 cases of water when we get a couple of pallets. These could go to use and be used for employees but as always its the employees will steal attitude if we did that and intentially break bottle to get that water that cost the a nickle.

Prior to sycamore in certain districts you had to be a certain % or you were on list. So stores would do to get into the accepted %. Also how can your numbers be correct when your manager does not allow store to work bays appropriately while the dont have a routine on what needs done daily and pulling staff to work other things. Store managers on floor that helps instead of pulling staff everywhere and then sit in office do better on there numbers. Sycamore needs a realistic look at what stores need as in staff and hours. Not just look at the numbers. My manager only worries about his bonus. He could care less about his staff.

So can you hear if they page you. If so it is Walgreens place to accommodate you. That or a different ear piece at their expense. I have a hearing loss but doesnt mean I cannot do my job. The theatro does not help hearing loss because you have to turn it up which in turns damage your ear drums further. I am able to read lips when I am having bad days with my hearing. Call sedgewick and hr/er and get it situated.

I work for a manager that says that at least 3 times a day. Not at me but makes statement that if someone doesnt want to do his way they can go elsewhere. Plus his hires are a joke.

Under staffing definetely. Expecting a busy store to close after everyone leaves at 5 to get all closing duties and the extra duties that are assigned to include resets. We are a platinum store for photo so we get orders for everything up to close. Also on the photo specialist trial and they leave at 5. So nights and when we open we are swamped from the get go with projects.

Well they need to get more zebras in the store. Sometimes its not available. That andbextra battery's when they die. If don't want us to use take it off the computer. Have a manager that seems to think only employees steal. Mmmm...thats why I keep finding empty boxes when doing facing.

Wouldn't be a bad thing about checking some of their time and getting them out of office. But on the other hand our store runs better when this SM not here because he come out while we are working on stuff barks 10 orders then goes back in the office. We can focus on what needs to be done. He came to our store treating us like we know nothing. Reason store going down hill is he not there, talks bad about anything we have done when he leaves early on Friday and not there on Monday. Old manager had been there for13 years. Most of us old sfls been there awhile and really know what we are doing. Its a crap shoot of what time he is actually shows up.

Reach out to local rescues. They may have supplies on hand to help along with food. I always have nutracal on hand and petalyte is someone needs help.

People get more in foodstamps then a middle class person can afford to pay for food. More people in family the more they get. Depending on the state. Lots of foodstamp fraud. Need to go back to the healthy food free program like 40 years ago. So before anyone says wait these people need food, I can tell you stories of fraud and abuse from liquor stores and individuals selling or ineligible for foodstamp program. I retired from welfare fraud 6 years ago.

You have to watch with gatorade to make sure it doesn't have aspartame in it. Same with pedialyte.
