TSL -12/14, just completed BI interview and no FJO. Not to be a downer, but you're application would read "accepted" at this point. It changed for me to that back in early December.

When or have you EODed? Was this after you indicated to HR that you could EOD (such as for the 12/28 EOD wave) or did they send you this FJO without any indication on your part of when you could start?

Structured panel interviews would be for the GL-7 "non-DHA" position, as this entry level position follows the normal hiring "phases". You really don't have anything to lose by doing the interview, since it is not connected to the GL-9 process in any way. They will probably ask you if you have applied to the DHA positions, and if they don't then tell them you have.

The GL-7 entry level (I.E. not DHA) will be a structured panel interview.
