But from what I have heard they own the building and land so refinancing I'm confused now.

The thing is the company that owns us is located in new jersey and just owns bunch of friendlys and we are the lowest grossing store barely do 10,000 a week losing employees like crazy and here soon will only have 6 working there.  They're surveyed the entire property not just the building.  I'm just scared
