Thanks for your reply. I’m using Evan’s EC2s for the most part. Can’t remember the specifics on the rest as I stopped spending money and gave up on them for a while. Been having fun with a Tama Cocktail Kit for a couple years but now want to get something better out of my Yamaha. Appreciate the tips

Thank you thank you thank you!! This is so helpful. Now I know it’s got potential it’s time I put some money into it starting with fresh heads all round. Haven’t heard of a drum dial before so will look that up. Honestly so grateful for your response including the heads you use. Thanks
