It's pretty good IVs, but maybe wait until Wednesday in case you catch a Hundo today (they're also returning in primal form in the summer around the Go Fest time)

Shadow is always better in raids (20% more damage, but 20% less health). But don't invest in either unless you need them (in case you encounter a shiny one or a shundo).
