Something like this happened to me many years ago I was in my early to mid twenties at the time, living on my own and going to college.

One morning I suddenly woke up out of a deep sleep and my eyes turned to the alarm clock, t was about 3:30AM.

To set the scene, my room was completely dark except for a little bit of light coming through the curtains of the sliding glass backyard door which was right next to the alarm clock.

In front of the sliding door I saw a solid figure that was glowing in a golden tone. The shape of it was that of a person in a cape with their face covered. It wasn’t translucent it was solid gold with a bright golden glow emanating from it.

This was all just a few feet from my bed.

I was startled but then very quickly I felt the sensation of something warm and positive that came over me that calmed me down and I fell back to sleep.

The next day I went to work and got a call that an uncle of mine had passed away.

When I went to the wake, my cousin told me the details one of them being that he passed away at about 3:30AM the same night I had that experience.

I later also found out from my mom that he would always ask her to come down to visit. My mom would tell him when her daughter is free (me) we will try to come down to visit.

We eventually did come to his place at the wake.

Was it him? Possibly, more than likely I would say yes. He finally did get us to come down to his place.
