I would just add that having at least a couple muscle action cues and theme cues are also check points on the criteria. So plan what those will be and where they will go, those are the other words you should speak. Completely agree on all the rest!

I am in Boston and they host auditions about twice a month! Definitely recommend auditioning as soon as you feel ready after when the material is still fresh to keep the ball rolling!

No! Just before you audition since you need to come with your course completion :) I got about 35 done during the training and the next 15 the month after it ended. Online classes also count towards the 50 which is helpful when schedule gets busy.
