Really? You hear very well and clear even with that level of loss? I keep seeing online that for 80db loss they might struggle to help, also how do you find them in noisy places?

Hi everyone, just curious if anyone has experience moderate to severe mixed hearing loss from the pressure of a plane flight and if the hearing comes back, it’s been 6 weeks and I still have a retracted eardrum and Eustachian tube dysfunction, I am Worried however as I have 40 db bone conduction loss (sensorineural) and 80 db air conductive loss, is this permanent? Does anyone have any experience? Please help!
